Located in Adrano (Catania), in a laboratory equipped with the most modern tools to support intensive production while respecting all hygiene standards and artisanal techniques for the translation and interpretation of the oldest recipes.
We love our land, Sicily, and we strive to capture the best and transform it into magic, with all the love we can give. Love is sowing, taking care, and seeing the fruits of so much work grow, which has nothing to do with the artificiality of modern times. Tradition, made up of good feelings and knowledge, gently meets innovation only in the process of creating and implementing the products.
